745 a month isnt bad depending on how much he's making. It could be much worse. My homeboy has his kid 99% of time bcos his babymomma is one of those "perpetually in college" people and still pays her 510 a month in child support. He complained to the courts. They basically told him they didnt give a fukk. I'm like "damn ? ...your ass must be sore from getting fukked constantly like this".

my friend just told me it was going to cost at least 800 for her and her fiance to put their new baby in child care monthly (this is on the low end). I can see this

I think what needs to be done is child support needs to be audited, put the ? on some type of debit card and track every ? purchase. No damn way in hell does a child eat that much food, or go through that much clothes a month. The court system should have some type of way where the mom uses the card for the childs needs, and at the end of the month the dad pays the bill, i put money it wont be no 500 a week or 750 a month.

Man all that money goes to the state, believe that. You have to pay the state to put yourself on C/S. They send me a notice every few months to pay them some amount to continue to take money out of my check

pre-school isnt but kindergarten is. I didnt say it was right or wrong i'm just saying i see where 745 dollars would go. not to mention the child (no matter the age) is more likely to be on the health insurance coverage of the person keeping the child. ? is never cheap -
