I doubt he means strictly juggalo, I listen to horrorcore too but I never listen to any of juggalo ? . The closest it gets is Esham and that's his work way before he got close to ICP.
And it's unbelievable how mad overrated Gravediggaz are compared to others from the same subgenre. Just because they are from the east coast and RZA is part of them of course...
I'm betting 90% of those who say ? like "Gravediggaz > every "horrorcore" artist" have probably only heard some ? from ICP and written off the whole genre in the process.
freethewave @ For good horrorcore artists, check out early Esham, Brotha Lynch Hung, Tech N9ne, Ganksta NIP (specially first album), Geto Boys from the early 90s and some of Bushwick Bill's first solo albums. Some of Eminem's stuff also pass off as that and some even go as far as passing off "Warning" by Biggie as "horrorcore" (just because of the frightening beat I wanna bet).
And for the best horrorcore act, Geto Boys at their early peak >>>>>>>>>>> most hip-hop in existence, period. -

Ok a few points on this,
I agree with you that not all horrorcore is juggalo but almost ALL juggalo is horrorcore.
juggalo music sucks because the emphasis is on image and attitude rather than flow, lyricism or delivery
Tech N9ne is a very versatile MC I cant really call him a horrorcore artist, but the horror stuff he does do is class.
Esham is OK but ovverated
Brotha Lynch has some really nice moments
Imma listen to some NIP
Evil ? has a skill or two but isnt very inventive
most juggalo rap sucks ?
a few exceptions but those guys are more affiliates than actual clowns

Lots of people -
Da Gravediggaz, 3-6, and Bone did a little bit of horrorcore rap back in the day and that's the furthest I went as far as listening to it
Only a few songs here and there, but not an entire album full of it -
