    Ok. You can only do what's right for you, so with that said....you know what's best for you and your growing family. Different strokes for different folks. Just remember, just because you got it today, won't mean you'll have it tomorrow. The struggles you face now, builds character. What will you do when momma ain't around?

    She dont got maternity leave?

    At my job they offer paternity leave aswell its just not as long. I dont plan on havein anymore children but I damn sure would take that ? .

    not nearly enough to do things the way i wanna do them, especially since lately i've been doubling and tripling up on my old ? so i can be debt free as soon as possible

    ? you did too much when you got engaged with no plans of moving out ya momma house

    then you went overboard when you got that nut

    Now you in a predicament where nothing will every be "doing too much", when it comes to your kids

    at least tell me you got term life insurance to help your seed generate wealth if you should past

    there's no mortgage on this house....if momma ain't around, this house is mines regardless so either i'd stay here or sell it...

    I feel you though ? act like he livein in they house. Dont get me wrong each one teach one but damn it aint that serious. Du put alot on his own plate from what I see so its on him to sink or swim. Nothin wrong wit given some advice to a brother though. I was 17 with a baby so my sink or swim came much earlier in life but everybody aint been in them situations where you gotta get up and get it.

    i've learned from my mistakes, while i'm not completely against renting, i'd prefer to own
