do you workout in the morning or evening/night

it all depends on whats going on, i perfer to work out in the late morning, but sometimes i have to settle for the nighttime

In the morning gives me some energy for the day.

I go early afternoon, about 1 or 2ish. It works for me, because I have a break from classes at that time, and the gym is nearly empty.

I love working outside @ night for some reason. It just feels like I'm getting it in more. lol The street lights shining on me while I'm doing pull-ups. I feel like a prized fighter preparing for a championship bout.

I do my workout evening and morning both times.i do walking and running in the evening and do yoga in the morning.

Evening, after work during the week and late morning on the weekends.

I roll out the bed and do 100 p/u's & sit ups in the morn. And when I get home in the eve I do 200 of each. And with my morning 8 block walk to work and also back home there's my workout right there

It doesn't matter to me. Lately, I've been working out at around midnight-2A.M. before going to bed, but there's been plenty of times when I've worked out in the afternoon and at night.

Usually early evening for lifting or medium-lower intensity cardio. So I can get my meals in hours before going to bed.
Late morning/early afternoon for HIIT or any other high intensity cardio to ramp up the metabolism for the rest of the day and also so it won't mess with my sleep. -

Usually in the evenings sometimes at night or in the afternoon as well.... yo one of my trainers told me that sleeping at certain times works considerably as well is there any truth to that ? like he says the body repairs the most around 12am-2am so u should be asleep by then so i wanna know if theres any truth to that.
Also does it help if you workout more in the morning or evening ?
I think the morning is better because your body has recovered (which is why sleep is so important) and unless you are dieting right you are also not full of ? from eating throughout the day. The second part is a guess but the first part is fact. I'm in the Army so I naturally work out in the morning (PT) and then I have a membership so I go in the evening and at nights on the weekend. Its really cool to go when the ? is empty and you got everything to yourself. -

When I was working out on a consistent basis I would exercise after I woke up or wait a few hrs after I ate. I ain't been able to do nothing in the past few months b/c I was trying to move. I'm a try and get it together again for the summer starting over again is a ? though.

I try to go when it's the least amount of people...that's usually around 10am-3pm and late night..even late night has a lot of people sometimes

I go in the morning between 6am-8am

I like to do it in the morning, but I can't always. Well I can't wake up early. Ever. I feel like I'm less sore the next day when I lift early in the day, compared to when I do it right before bed. Maybe its in my head, maybe there is some science behind it.
I work-out between 5 and 10 now and it works out pretty good. -
