and do you think the show ended too late or too early, and what was the reason for the plug being pulled after 5 seasons, seems like everyone liked the show, but i dont know how the ratings were

yeah the show ended prematurely.
a show like that could go on forever,
but the best thing they could do is bring it back a few years from now when the writers have more true life stories to pull from -
season 3. followed by season 4

It definitely ended too soon; would've liked to have seen how Slim Charles and Fat Face Rick did running the Co-Op plus you would've had Avon coming home.

idr what specific seasons dealt with what, but whatever season that dealt with carcetti & the politics. i think it was the 4th season.

I will always have the kids season ranked first -- it's the best introduction when trying to make new Wire fans.
3 was the ? we knew was coming to a head, Stringer vs Avon ....and just seeing how close Marlo got got makes it all the more infuriating seeing Marlo in the later seasons. -

Season three has so many great moments. Every single Stringer/Avon scene is classic. I think I have to re watch season 4 cause I forgot a lot of the story. -
