On another note I had a ? up dream based War of the Worlds even though the movie it wasnt scary..it was one of those dreams that u wake up swearing that ? really happen.
I remember when my Brother was sick he saw Speed..in middle of the knight starts screaming there all dead..he dreamt he was the cop and failed to stop the Bus from blowing up..till this day he refuses to watch that ? lol...I think the meds had something to do with that .. -

Hellraiser 2 was on another realm of creepiness!nthngis4vr& alwyzisalie wrote: »Candyman
Child's Play 1 & 2
Puppet Master
Pet Cemetary 2
Honorable mention: MJ's Thriller
The only movie/vid I ever remember being truly scared of when I was a kid! My aunt had me watchin horror movies at 5-6yrs old..? didnt even wanna sleep after Nightmare on Elm St...
S/O that the epic horror flick Shocker, even tho it was more funny than scary... -

Child's Play - I had a "My Buddy" doll that stayed locked up in the garage closet after watching this.
Even as a kid I laughed at anyone who got scared of Child's Play...the movies NEVER made sense to me...I feel like if a 2 ft doll can chase you down, overpower you, and ? you then you probably didn't deserve to be alive anyway -
The older cats on the board should remember this... the little white boy floating outside the window in the movie "Salem's Lot".
Now that was some creepy ? ....
He was like “Open the window. Open the window, Mark. Open the window, Mark. Please! Let me in! It's OK, Mark, I'm your friend.
We were like NOOOOO!!!... don't open the window Mark!!!!! No Mark!!!!!
Then we were like... Ohhh ? !!!... RUN Mark!!!!! Run!!!!!

The Exorcist, no question. Messed me up for years. I still won't watch it by myself. Not even in broad daylight.
Other than that, Zelda from Pet Sematary still scares me to this day. And the book is 10x worse.
I think I lost about a weeks sleep when Samara came out of the tv in The Ring.
There's an indie film from the 8 Films to Die For festival called Gravedancers that pretty damn scary.
The original When A Stranger Calls from 1974. The first 15 minutes are some of the best I've ever seen in a horror film period.
Cosign whoever posted Salem's Lot. The window scene with Danny is classic. And when the vampire Barlow flew through the kitchen window and came up under the table, I was just about done. Got that movie on VHS and it's the only reason I haven't thrown out my VCR. -
i remember watching the blair witch when i was 7. it ? me up for a good minute
hearing them lil kids giggling outside the tent, then shaking that ? until the students inside came running out
those stick figures hanging from the trees
and dont get me started on the ending, when they went inside that creepy ass house
the ? handprints of those dead children that was on the walls
and when the dude is just standing in the corner like that child murderer made those children do while he was killing the others
? was creepy. i heard they're remaking that too -

c/s chucky & candyman. i couldn't even watch child's play in broad daylight. i remember i had a huge raggedy ann & raggedy andy doll sitting on this chair in my room when i was younger. i threw em both in the garage & put a whole bunch of furniture & other ? to weigh em down so they wouldn't move if they came alive one day after i saw that movie lol.
children of the corn also ? me up. idr which movie it was, but there was a scene where one of the dudes in the cult was sitting in church with this wooden sculpture thing he was carving & it acted like a voodoo doll cuz there was another guy in the church gettin his nose sliced off. my godsister was in hs at the time & she would always tell me stories to scare me & she told me that the children of the corn would come looking for people & you knew they were coming when a bunch of dogs were barking at the same time. i swear i cried every night for like a week before bedtime so i could stay up.
oh & tales from the hood. the part where all those lil toy soldier slave doll thingys came alive had me wanting to cry & i was like 13 then. -
Sooooo.......Candyman is 'scarier' than Scream? Wow
-
Original Halloween........Wasnt allowed to peep the VHS Copy when it dropped that year......I tried to peak around the corner, but I was escorted away......told it was too spooky for a young fella
-
Tales from the Hood....
them little nigglets scared the ? out of me -

They made a part 2 it sucked, they should leave it alone. Especially since everyone thought the first one was real. -
Wasnt no movie but the unsolved mysteries ghost episode had me spooked wouldn't go to bed no matter how much my mom threatened me. The theme music with ghosts just want a good mix .

which I never understood...I thought people were dumb as hell for thinking that was real footage...because of course they'd make a movie out of this footage instead of actually, doing an investigation into what happened... -
IT..if u were young when it came out u wud agree..
& child's play. cant 4get about the 1st pet cemetery.. -
i watched the blair witch few weeks back
? was actually scared of that ish? lol
i hate that shaky cam stuff -
IT was da only movie that had me shook as a kid. I vividly remember crawling in my moms bed afterwards and her kicking me out cuz I begged to watch it in the first place. Watched it as an adult and it was somewhat lame but pennywise still creepy.
