That is what's killing the abs if your routine is on point. A good trick is to give yourself 1-2 "cheat" meals a week preferably within the 4 hour window after exercise as that's the best time when your body will recruit those calories rather than store them. Don't go overboard with the meal tho. Just allow yourself something you wouldn't normally. Don't think triple stack and super size, but burger and small fry, ya dig? -

Yeah, you gotta eat right and do the right amount of cardio and weight type of exercises. I do P90x and I have to say it's a great workout and if I eat the way the say my body stays lean.
