For those who don't know Wheat Meat is vegan/vegetarian version of meat/chicken made with a dry whole wheat dough boiled in asian broth for a hour.
I read the recipe for the first time this morning at a bookstore.
If I wasn't in such a bad mood I would of probably laughed my butt off in the bookstore when I read it.
But it turned out good. It tasted liked day old soggy fried chicken in gravy.

Most Vegan/Vegetarian stuff tastes like ? . Although sometimes it can be really good to the point you forget there is no dead animal in what you're eating.
