I don't get the "industry punching bag" thing when this ? happens to everybody, Jay-z gets dissed by every other rapper but he doesn't get labeled that.
what rap is saying is that people got their chest poked out because he did 230k first week and is somewhere around 300k now, but truth is, and i said it myself too, those are great first week #'s but he most likely not going gold.
He might gotta buy a sterling silver chain to go along with them platinum ones he was talking about. -

not even close to being bad, its great. But this is a man, who, brags about he always goes plat, and his fan base is quick to bring that up, when its RR v YJ. I shouldnt say fanbase, because I am a fan too, but you know what I mean.
Fact is , I dont see Young going plat, or even gold. Its a good album though, way too gone is my ? .
