Tyga Is The Last King, For This Week
Young Money's Tyga's sophomore album, Careless World: Rise Of The Last King scored a Top 3 debut, with over 60,000 units sold. The follow-up to 2008's No Introduction performed over 100 places higher than that Decaydance Records release ever achieved. Careless World achieved the Top 3 despite reports of several retailers unable to sell the album due to a disputed sample of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s voice. The 60,000-plus who did purchase the album heard features by Nas, Wale and Lil Wayne.
Chiddy Bang Soars On The Charts With Breakfast
EMI Records artists Chiddy Bang scored a Top 5 debut with their studio full-length debut, Breakfast. The 2010 DXnext duo of Xaphoon Jones and Chiddy sold over 30,000 units. The digital-only release features samples from Train, V.V. Brown and others.

wow @ Yo Gotti. all that music made his album disposable to his fanbase. It reflects that.
-
Good job Jeezy. No real buzz for this last album and you're almost gold. That's a success no doubt.
-

You know a lot of people say "The Recession" went platinum but the RIAA says it only went Gold and I have never seen an RIAA platinum certification plaque for it even tho' Jeezy posted both his Plat plaques for "TM101" & "The Inspiration" on his Twitter.
No Google search has provided info on it being certified and Wikipedia says it's Gold.....
Nothing to be ashamed of even T.I. went Gold on his last joint but if that's true it means Jeezy ain't been platinum since 2006 the year Rozay debuted.

if your going to preach about Certifications please be accurate
just cause the label hasnt asked for RIAA to update and check sales doesnt mean it isnt ture
though this mainly applies for albums couple years old or more
if RIAA says album isnt Diamond, just means the record or company has pushed for update (Eminem)
they are notoriously slow with updating old album sales

If you are going preach about my quotes then please quote them accurately.
I stated that no Google evidence exists, no Wikipedia evidence exists, and no photographic evidence exists regardless of the RIAA having all his albums certified correctly.....their is no evidence that "The Recession" is platinum.

after slight work i guess wale will push the 400,000 mark but they done exhausted every single they could but he's gonna fall just short of gold
-
mmg top rap crew but couldn't have 1 album sell 500k or more. they all hype , the fan bases just bootlegs their ? . if self made vol 2 or meek flops looks for warner to drop the label

Damn, dude can sell records if he made an album in his sleep.
Didn't realize Drake did about 1.5 mil on this album.
That Wiz & Snoop is all over the place, surprised the album didn't sell more.
Yo Gotti's label is stupid for postponing the album for so long -
Wale should make a video for Focused (if he's not already). That song will elevate him on the mainstream level. Plus having feat. Cudi, I don't see why any other song should be the next video.
-
phew dere i was worried tyga might outsell me hahaha....shout out to my ? tyga doe we go way back boiiii!
-
not one album worth coppin' on the top 200
-
How the ? Drake and Wayne out sell Watch The Throne? People ? suck.
