I've never been proposed to..this is only the second relationship serious enough to even discuss marriage.
I did have a dude want me to run away with him when he found out I was pregnant though. He was ready to be that child's pappy and everything..I obviously declined.

I tried to do it in front my wifes family for christmas but this MFer didnt want me to break out her gift cause she didnt give certain people gifts. I should have known that day that she was bossy ass hell. I ended up doing it at her mothers house. I knew I shouldnt have listened to her that night but she can hold a grudge over dumb ? . After I proposed I know she would have been like, " I feel embarass cause you know cousin so and so aint married. I did it front of her brother's baby momma and my wife still complained ol girl was all too close. -

i was at dinner with the fam after i graduated. i started off like i was just thanking everyone for coming out to support me and all that, she won't even really payin attention. then i pulled out the ring and showed it to her, she started crying. i technically didn't even ask her to marry me, but she said yes. the ring was much better than the proposal though **shrug**

...On Thanksgiving in front of like 25-30 of her family members & friends. We're blessing the food and going around stating what we're all thankful for and when it came to be my turn i said my piece and droppped down.
We've discussed marriage in detail beforehand and knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together so i was thankful that i didn't have to worry about the possiblity of rejection... I was more so nervous about doing it in front of all her damn family honestly.
.....Needless to say it was a good ass weekend.
