Rappers Who Went To Jail Recently

All of these folks have been in prison and have been released fairly recently.
My question is what the hell have they been doing while in there?
I realize none of these people are great rappers by any stretch of the imagination but you could atleast put out a decent song or to.
Does being locked not give you any motivation to go hard or perfect your craft?
ALL of these people have gotten worse i don't know if its because they have restrictions on whether or not they can get high or what but its crazy.

I said they weren't the best rappers but they all have made good albums before.
Just thought they could at least write a rhyme or a 100 while they were in there.
I remember rappers and producers were lining up to try to record with shyne before he got released now its the exact opposite.
