Not just that, it's that Freeway also represents street rap and is probably viewed by them as a thug. Jay Z has transitioned to a business man and they view Jay as an entity beyond a rapper.

first the only politician in this picture is the black man aka Mayor ? ... the 2 white dudes are Budwieser Vice Presidents ..... but def the pic wasnt nessarrily for freeway ... this was an event that Jayz, City of Philly & United Way .... who knows if Freeway is even slated to perform ..... however the downside is .... Freeway looks like he was there to support jayz cause if you peep the unedit footage there were thousands of people there if freeway wasnt suppose to be there or invited he would have been behind the gates with all the regular folks ......... so in light of that favor for a favor ....... but damn this is why all footage was edited post the camera phone era LOL
