So he's suing the Club Owners, does that mean the Club Owners can sue Drake or Chris Brown?. Damn this ish is getting ugly.

They'll throw this case out because hes claiming the club is liable primarily because they should have known chris brown and Drake had beef with each other.
I don't know if there's a precedent for this but it seems kinda suspect -

Why is everyone shocked Tony is suing? He's a Basketball player and his EYE got messed you. Like Soloman said, he may have to wear an eye patch. YOU NEED TO SEE to shoot the ball. Of course he's going to sue. I don't know about 20 Million but if this affects his career he could lose a lot of money. So I understand. I really hope Rhianna ass was that good cause Drake and Chris could both be held liable since it was there entourages.

Tony is suing the club who have no way of paying that type of cash so either the case get's thrown out over how ridiculous the claim is or they then have their attorney go after either Chris Brown or Drake.
Chances are high Drake is going to be the one to get sued since a lot of witnesses are pointing the finger at him.
I hope Tony Parker's game doesn't slide over this. I know that boring dude Tim Duncan probably wants to slap up Tony saying I told you so.
