Well make sure you have water...you need to stay hydrated. And if you smoke bud and/or cigs, it be good if u have both. Best to smack an L and let the transition begin nicely. You will smoke mad cigs tho. Oranges are good too. They help keep your roll, rolling steady. It's all about that serotonin

i didn't say it was totally impossible, just that it's almost impossible. for a user to die directly of an ecstasy overdose, their body would have to be intoxicated with the equivalent of probably a few dozen or more pure MDMA pills, far more than the average dosage taken for a recreational experience
stats from the us and uk report only 7 ecstasy related deaths per million users of the drug, now compare to the 625 alcohol-related deaths per million drinkers that occur each year. and it's pretty apparent that e is not as dangerous as people make it seem
so when they say someone has died from an "ecstasy overdose", it's usually complications from overheating, often alongside heavy alcohol consumption, or dehydration. i don't think i have ever heard/read of someone dying directly from the chemical component (MDMA) in ecstasy.

There are FAR more alcohol drinkers than X/MDMA users. I truly doubt their are millions of X users. Do you have the estimated numbers for this study? -

@kai_valya I see what you're saying, but as for the bold, i'm telling you exactly what they said on the documentary so it's others in the medical field who are saying the opposite. They said straight up it was MDMA overdose not any of the other factors you're listing that killed the girl so it can happen apparently..may not happen often but it does happen. And comparing liquor to ectasy is nowhere near fair. There's millions of alcohol drinkers and it's highly unlikely the number of ecstasy users comes close to the number of those that drink alcohol. -

Plus your serotonin will be ? up...you will be down the next day as your body replenishes that. So that's another plus in your deterrent to addiction of x pills.
I say this, if you do it...I suggest making sure you have everything you want and need at home. You probably won't want to go out, you will be in rare form. Chill at the crib. Lay low...have some friends over who understand whats up. The one thing you don't want is somebody who is silly or stupid, ? up your roll. Your environment will be important.
