Missed the part where the officer killed him.
He have telepathic powers? -
Oh, so he had sickle cell. That explains why he died after-the-fact
That's pretty cool. -

I did, I still don't see how it is the officers fault.
When people are arrested they complain about everything; pain & breathing.
-
Word, the cops should get off here.
They chased that ? , so they can chalk his injuries up as results of subduing him.
It's not their fault that his sickle cell made him a fragile ass ? .nh -
I would assume someone with sickle cell would just give up and not run and cause the normal to happen when being pursued by cops, get taken in with force.
? happens. He took his own life. -

Might get caught with some kind of "negligence" ? though.

criminal negligence.
plain and simple.

Possible negligence.

Well, it does say that but doesn't specify where that had taken place.
The video has no audio either. -
Well the video does have audio, for some reason it wasn't playing the audio, even when I had it all the way up.

LOL
Nah, I stand by what I said, the officer didn't ? him but was negligent to his complaints.
It depends how a judge sees it.
Suspects always complain of stuff like he was, I've seen it many times. Watch cops and you'll see that, they always can't breath, have something broken, cuffs are too tight etc... It's more than likely the normal ? he hears on a daily basis just so they can get out of the situation to go to a hospital. It's unfortunate he died like that though, but the guy should've known better.

@Vibe stay caping for the police. Are you or anybody in your family police officers?
As for the video even with the evidence they'll find some way to alleviate any wrong doing by the officers. -
@Thulsa what show is that sig from?

The real irony is if this dude were white - it wouldn't matter. Most of you within the site would not even find this newsworthy - let alone find old stories like this one. Yelp the hip hop community is ALL about issues like this,BUT ignore black on black murder rates......it's those wicked cops who are the black man biggest threat?

Its not like "nobody would care" it's just that there has been way more cases of police brutality on blacks. Plus being on a majority black website, us blacks will give more attention to it when it happens to our own kind.
We're not gonna act like blacks don't comment or raise issues on black on black crimes? Stop being ignorant. -

He did no wrong.
Like I said, suspects always say they cannot breathe or they're in pain, that's an everyday thing. The cop thought it was, more than likely, routine ? . The guy maybe should've brought up he had sickle cell and the outcome would've different.
I just don't like when people twist ? and paint others in a bad light for no reason, it's a bias cop out.
