NoClose but no cigar imo. Too many songs. 4.5 mic album
-
YesYes classic and you still haven't done the albums I suggested.
-
this one is tough
-
Yes
Awesome album, with no weak records. Some were better than others but individually the songs were dope as ? , even with the random Brandy feature. The songs had meaning and the content was good, sonically its a masterpiece so I don't see why it isn't. -
NoGood album but not a classic
-
Yeshis best album
-
YesI'm sold on this being a classic. At first I thought it wasn't, but it grew on me in that regard.
-
Yesun-skippable album, showed the transformation of an artist and person, and introduced the world to lupe fiasco....classic imo
-
NoDamn this ? got ugly quick. lol I figured it would turn out this way tho.
-
Yesof course. This was the only album i bumped my freshmen year in hs and i remember fallin in love wit it instantly. This was really the last time people actually bought CDs.
-
No? no
kanye got one classic and it aint this one -
YesLR is a bonafide classic album, and it's his best album. Every guest feature was on point too.
Yes, yes, yes guess who's on third?
Lupe steal like Lupin the Third.
hear/here like ear till I'm beer on the curb
peach fuzz buzz but beard on the verge
let's slow it down like we're on the syrup
bottle-shaped body like Mrs. Butterworth's.
but, before you say another word,
I'm back on the block like I'm laying on the street.
I'm trying to stop "lion" like a Mumm-Ra,
but I'm not lying when I'm laying on the beat.
engarde, or touché, Lupe cool as the unthawed
but I still feel as possessed as a gun charge.
come as correct as a porn star,
in a fresh pair of steps and my best foreign car.
so, I represent the first.
now, let me end my verse right where the horns are like uggh! -
NoVery close and difficult...but I voted no.
-
Noi dont see how an album with so much ghost production can be considered a classic. nah it aint. golddigger was a bigger ? shuffle song than laffy taffy. jay z killed him on his own ? on diamonds. the rest of the album was filler and skippable material. i cant quote one average verse from this album. total sophmore slump. 2.25/5 max and thats being extra generous to bugs monkey
-
YesIts hard for me to deny this album a classic, it had too many dope records ? music, gone, diamonds, we major. Kanye stole the show in 06 with this album.
-
YesI wanna say No because Kanye still ain't a great rapper on here but ? it. This is his best album.
-
YesDefinitely a classic. You don't have to skip a single track, just let the whole thing play.
-
YesAbsolutely
-
YesThe only KanYe West LP I still listen to today without skipping any tracks
My favourite album of his ..
'Celebration' is a that sssshit -
Brandy song was the only one that didn't work. He used Jon Brion and that orchestra to create a lush, coherent sound for the whole album that's the complete opposite of College Dropout's MPC sound. The moment you heard Nas was on We Major was the moment you knew Nas/Jay was squashed. Gold Digger. Easy Classic, not a masterpiece.
-
Yesclassic and his best album
-
YesTo me Ye has multiple Classics and this is one of them, and its also my personal favorite......
-
NoNope.
-
Yes? classic
-
YesHell yes, I ? live that album
