Police have every right to use extreme measures if they feel their life is endangered.
So the 137 rounds thing doesn't really bother me.
What does bother me is the hair-trigger reactions in urban areas with sizable minority populations. These police are seemingly on edge at all times and almost too eager to bring the hammers out. It says a lot about the state of socio-economics and the legal system if cops are feeling like "the enemy/criminal element" is constantly among them and that their lives are constantly endangered.

i guarantee there were some black cops joining in on the fuckery as well....
