Damn I must be the only one that actually likes Whatz Ya Phone Number, the beat is dope IMO, the only thing that's a little bad about that song is that it's just like 2 minutes rapping and 3 minutes ? in the end shoulda at least been the other way around...
Pac's worst for me would probably be Can U Get Away, primarily because of yeah the reaggeinfluenced beat and his flow over that just makes it sound uninteresting...
reggae influenced? that song used a sample from frankie beverly's "happy feelings" -
