"I made the type of music people on the internet said i should. Now buy it." Looks like somebody fell for the okie doke. That "real hip hop" (whatever thats sposed to be) dont sell and only a minority actually listen to it. Your songs have to actually be something people wanna listen to no matter the style.

There is no such thing as "real hip hop" music is subjective and as much as I dislike what some of these dudes are doing, they are as much hip hop as Melly Mel was.
-
"Jamaica" it is obvious the term real hip hip refers to the early stages of the genre were creativity and thought provoking music was the staple. Dude is not reaching out to everyone just those that still want that. Oh an get familiar with Dude.. trust me... you and the whole AHH staff and forum mediators. There is no such thing as "real hip hop" music is subjective and as much as I dislike what some of these dudes are doing, they are as much hip hop as Melly Mel was.

"Therecanonlybeone" according to who does real hip hop refer to the "early stages of hip hop"? Believe me there are better rappers out there for me to listen to than "Bruse Wane" if I want thought provoking hip hop.

I listened to that "Dun Da Lye" joint he has. It's OK. Dude would be a middle of the road MC back in the "Golden Era". Not very noteworthy, but not terrible.

Cats complain about the game being feminized (which is true), but if they care confuse masculinity as a thugged out, mass murdering trait, then SMH at his followers. You don't have to embrace negativity to be a man.
