nah but allhiphop.com got the snippets on the front page .....

man french going that fat joe single route ... i dont see this album moving any kind of units ... especially not on some first week ish .... he could luck up and sell just cause aint no one else drop not really aware of anything else dropping this month ...?? it could also sell over time due to him having alot of singles on it ....... depending on how hard they stick he could stretch this album out for awhile and maybe reach 300k if the singles are successfull .... sounds like hes got a pretty dope track with The Weekend that could give him a different look out there on radio and a break from the normal party / trap sound he been hitting folks with .....

but first week id be surprised if he doesnt anything better than young gun / future #s .....

He's not respected for his lyrics. He always needs a feature to carry his songs. He's not a household name. His songs are garbage. Lol, and he's on Bad Boy. We all know the biggest star on Bad Boy is Corn Puff.

nah you would think its the fans fault but it isnt ... the fans wouldnt know anything about record sales if it werent for the artist from the 90s who constantly bragged about thier sales everyone from jayz, big, nas, big pun, fabolous (who was one of the main reason because he used to lie about his sales) etc........

then guys like 50cent brought that interest into the new millienium ... and right now i think record sales will be forever something an hip hop fan is interested in checking out ......... fans are going on over 10 years of being concerned with record sales ......

if he reaches 300k overall thats a success, and i really don't think he's gonna selling 15k thats ridiculous. people also forget he's on Interscope

The bolded is your personal opinion. Success can be measured in multiple ways. If he reaches 300K in 8 months is that a success? What about 300K in a year. Just as you think someone overvalues first week sales one could argue sales is less important than impact of the album buzz wise. Wayne sold just under 1 mill fro C4 but ? weren't really listening to it a few weeks later ? . I think this album will fail not because of sales figures alone but because nobody gon be bumping this ? a few weeks later if first week at all.

Hip hop fans always put wayyyyyyy too much emphasis on first week numbers Katy Perry did 47,000 in her first week for her album"one of the boys" it eventually went on to sell 1.5 million copies.

Its not just first week its how you position your singles to carry the album so people will still buy it months down the road.
