I figured it would be fun to show the whole IC weight training community diffrent styles of push-ups.

c/s on the elevated diamonds
I do 5 types of push ups:
1)Elevated's Diamonds
2) Elevated's Diamonds w/ weight vest
3) Perfect Push Ups, elevated
4) " " " w/ weight vest

I do all my push ups by going to 100, with no more than 10 seconds of rest on stops (very hard to do)...i.e. usually i'll knock off 30...stop...15...stop...15...then 10, 10, 10 until i ? to 100
And finally, i dont know what these r called, but: Do 10 push ups, then 10 jumping jacks from the same ground postion (just using the legs)..then 9 p-ups, 9 jjacks...etc...till you get to zero.-More than likely you'll need to stop after 7 jjacks...ive NEVER been able to go all th way threw w/ out stoppin

What's the benefit of a Hindu pushup? I never got that.
I honestly was never able to do pushups until I started working out. Now that I can, I do them like crazy at all times, I probably end up with 700 pushups in a day because I do 'em during commercials and ? . I feel like a kid that just learned how to ride a bike and now he can't stop riding it in a way. -

I don't know about you guys but when I do my pushups I do em REEEEEAL slowly, slow on the negative portion of the rep, and very slow and punishing on the push portion of the pushup.
I find the more intensive and strenous I can make the action, the more I tear the muscle and get better growth.. Quality over quantity every time. I spend maybe 30 minutes at the gym, super high intensity, grueling workout then I leave.... I laugh at the other guys doing hundred of reps and getting nowhere. -

yo when ppl say they do high intensity workouts in the gym, i"m super confused
I only know one way to lift and thats intense period. So whats the opposite of intense??? What are we defining as intense??? Max weight? max reps? just lifting to failure?
Not to mention certain exercises can't really be intense/not intense. For example: squatting. Is there such a thing as not doing an intense squat routine??? lol just asking -
Good to see different styles. People need to do all different forms to really get a good cut. And those Aztec pushups are bad ass. I thought doing a plyometric clapping pushup was awesome til I saw the Aztec. Gotta try those.

You still do them?? Did you find at all the breast size losing size due to the chest muscle/strength gained?
