Hit em up was overrated The Outlawz verses was better than Pac's but Pac's opening line makes the song such a so called great diss record.

Offnicer Down was trash Banks is a marble mouth mumbling rapper

Super Ugly had a hot verse that's it

Real Compton City G's beat was trash same for the verses

That wack ? Luke dropped about Dre and Snoop

Naw I can't cosign that one Cain. Dresta's verse was pretty good and that verse applies to alotta phony rappers out today as a matter of fact
Everyday it's a new rapper, claimin to be dapper than the Dresta
Softer than a ? , but portray the role of gangsta
Ain't broke a law in your life
Yet every time you rap you yap about the guns and knife
Just take a good look at the, ? and you'll capture
the fact that the bastard, is simply just an actor
who mastered the bang and the slang and the mental
of ? in Compton, Watts, and South Central
Never ever once have you ran with the turf
But yet in every verse claim you used to do the dirt
But tell me who's a witness, to your ? work
So you never had no bi'ness, so save the drama ?
? straight ? me, knowin that they pranksters
This is going out to you studio gangstas
See I did dirt, put in work, and many ? can vouch that
So since I got stripes, I got the right to rap about that!
But ? like you, I gotta hate ya
Cause I'm just tired of suburbian ? talkin about they come from projects
Knowin, you ain't seen the parts of the streets G
Think you started tryin to bang around the time of the peace treaty
Wearin khakis and mob while you rhyme
Little ? , tried to sag, but you're floodin at the same, time
And your set don't accept ya
Scared to kick it with your homies cuz you know they don't respect ya
So ? please, check nuts before ya step to deez
    ? real G's

And still no one has actually defended that wack diss by Common lol

Don't just no sign me say why u disagree
"On the ? of the East for your 1st release" - Cube dissed the East Coast, despite the fact that his whole first album was co-produced by NY's Bomb Squad..

"And videos with white boys talking you get Wicked" - Comm pointed that out because it contrasts all of the anti-white sentiments found on his first two albums.. Comm sought to make Cube look like a hypocrite..

"Natural Born Killa, ? you natural born ? " - Comm questioned Cube's stance on Black superiority..

"This ain't no East coast, West coast, none of the above/ I'm from Chi, I went to Cali, ? gave me love" - Westside Slaughterhouse was a diss toward Common, but Cube dissed the East instead of the Midwest..

"From the immortal words of one, a ? is a ? " - Cube dropped a song called A ? Iz A ? when he was with NWA, and Comm claimed Cube was talking about himself..

Comm also had some good wordplay with lines such as..

    "Your ? ain't no Mack 10, he's a 22"..
"Hoo Bangin', you ain't banging ? but the table"..
"And the Circle MAAD, ain't got no choice but to fight"..

@DMTxCannabis at least u responded bruh thanks lol

-But Cube dissed East Coast "Critics" remember. Not the NY people he was cool with like Bomb squad, BDK etc

-Cube never said he hated white people but was against ignorant white people

-He did diss Chi-town kinda on Hoo Bangin and again remember he didn't actually diss the East Coast just the critics

And Common also uttered one of the dumbest lines ever with this here:
You ain't made ? dope since AmeriKKKa's Most

Cmon bruh....cmon that's just TURRIBLE lol
Yeah, I don't agree with that "Amerikkka's Most" line either.. however, a lot of my favorite diss tracks has a line or two that I don't agree with, like "Em murdered you on yo own ? " by Nas on Ether, "that's one hot album every ten year average" by Jay on Takeover etc.

And I had to listen to The ? In Yoo again just now.. I ? with that song, lol.. the beat is on point too..

50 Cent, Eminem and Busta- Hail Mary (Ja Rule) diss. ? was garbage but people treated it like gold because Ja was the whipping boy of rap at that moment

I'd say the Ripper Strikes Back. All he did was dissect 2nd Round KO and respond to it line by line. That's lazy to me.

Anyone who said 2nd Round KO was overrated I honestly can't take seriously.

The Ripper Strikes Back had ONE hot line in it. One. That was ALL. (Ask Canibus/he ain't understanding this/cause 99% of his fans....don't exist). That doesn't make it a quality diss track, especially not better than one of the greatest diss songs ever made. Niggs were just dickridin cause it was LL back on some non-simpin ? .

Super Ugly is hella overrated. In fact, that might be the most scorned record ever recorded by a rapper.

Hit Em Up is overrated when you read the lyrics, but it's very hard to deny that record didn't do it's job.

    2nd Round Knockout....

LL gave that boy a verbal whipping and decimated his career in the process....
    Terrible assessment

Lyrically Canibus destroyed LL and was more precise with his blows. LL came off angry & bitter. This battle kinda changed the way battles are judged in hip hop. The more talented rappers with less money can never win against a rapper with more money and the ability to buy peoples opinion.

    Thats exactly what LL did

I judge a diss by how it affected the person its directed at.
    According 2 big's ppl.
big was hurt and in tears after hit em up. He also attacked Faye over it.
Plus hit em up was a point of no return for everybody involve in east vs. West
