Lloyd Bank$Tough one. I like both rappers. Bothe rappers are nice. I had to go with Banks because Banks' discography is stronger IMO. Especially his last album, The Hunger For More 2, was dope. Banks got Royce as far as singles are concerned. Beamer, Benz, Bentley > Royce's singles including Boom. Start it up can go against anything Royce has dropped during his career.
