Okay I mean growing up I only heard say "? ", are there versions in the "black" community? Not the racist ones like peckerwoods and ? , I am talking uncle tom ? not supremacists. Explain your vote please, it will be "yes" or "no" for a reason.

I'm assuming you're not referring to white people who "act black."
Basically a company man is someone who's always brown-nosing/sucking up to their boss.
They tend to drink the "company kool-aid" and always support any and everything their employer does.
