They act like Kobe played in the 1st round of the playoffs with Dwight and them.
They act Artest and Nash weren't injured during the 1st round of the playoffs.
They act like Dwight coming back from surgery is equivalent to Dwight on Orlando.
They act like Nash didn't damn near miss more games than he played.
They act like Gasol wasn't hurt dam near the whole season.
They act like Blake wasn't hurt for half the season, forcing the Lakers to play wackass Duhon.
They act like the back-up big man Hill wasn't literally hurt the whole season.
They act like the Lakers had a training camp with Pringles and they weren't experimenting with different offenses during the season.
They act like the Lakers didn't just prove them wrong last year, when everyone was saying they wouldn't make the playoffs before all-star break, yet they took the 7th seed AND GOT SWEPT
etc.
*fixed
Well Dwight and Artest are now gone so any point you try to make about their contribution is irrelevant and null and void.
The rest of this list is all about injuries.
? , there is a REASON there were so many injuries. ? are old.
It wouldn't be absurd to believe Ol man Nash will continue to be hurt THIS season. Or Charmin Gasol.
And this is the first season in which Kobe is coming off an injury like this, and he already has 1,000,000 miles on his legs. You know he retiring in the next 2-3 years. ? , he in the same boat as Rose right now. (Nothing to do with heart, im talkin about how you don't know how this injury will affect his game)
Lol @ 'comfortably'. Even if yall do sneak in, you aren't gonna beat one of the younger, faster, healthier teams in the west which you are guaranteed to meet in the first round.
Yall are better off hitting that lottery.

I'm a Lakers fan but they will be lucky to win 45+ games and make it to the 2nd round.

First off, that happened in the regular season, and we all know the playoffs is a different ball game (see Clippers, Knicks etc.).
Second, the playoffs are about what conference you're in and match-ups. The Hawks will never make the finals, so it really doesn't matter how good the Hawks are against the Lakers. -

-Not really since this year's predictions are based on how "bad" the Lakers were last year. And as I just pointed out they were that bad because of injuries, lack of chemistry etc.
-There's a slim chance that Nash and Gasol would get hurt for that long again this year. At the very least, I'm pretty sure the coaching staff learned from last year, and player's minutes will be down and they'll run different sets.
-Kobe is cut from the GOAT cloth. You can't compare him to all athleticism Rose.. and even if he did come back worse, he would still be highly effective due to his obsession with the game and various adjustments he would make. We already saw how versatile Kobe was when he decided to play Magic Johnson style basketball for a long stretch of games.
-Lakers can beat any team in the West with the correct game-plan. The Thunder ? up by getting rid of Harden, so the best team in the West is a toss up as far as the playoffs go. -

Ima predict Nuggets don't make the playoffs, their reg season success and playoff appearance streak had a lot to do with George Karl.. and they lost iggy, they have no all stars on that team just a bunch of avg players

He actually didn't give up on it. Dude posted a pic of him at some shoot today and his receding hairline is still around.

When talking about retirement, not the game.
Remember when everybody was arguing kobe or iverson back in the early 2000's. -
