Tupac ShakurStraight pen game? Tupac all day. Tupac always had good lyrics, he just needed better beats IMO.
Biggie did have the delivery and flow to make simple ? sound dope though. -
Pac's life outside of actual music made him more of a polarizing figure than Biggie n he def got classics....but when I think of Biggie I just think bars...emceeing..no filler...no outside interference drama type ? other than when he "beefed" with Pac....ironically...he was just more of an MC in the traditional form n was more skilled from a technical standpoint.

Tupac ShakurI thought Life after death was better than all eyes on me until I listenedto them both objectively track for track. At the end of my tally to my surprise wrote down more Pac songs than Biggie ones. Add that to the fact thaT Pac sonned Big continuously on wax and got the best of big on the two tracks they did together I gotta go wit Pac on the vote.
