Sure there were some other variables that took place like the beefs, the internal strife but what really crippled G-Unit was when the quality of their material got lame.
No G-Unit album had ever been as incredibly wack as
G-Unit fans should blame this weak ass release for destroying G-Unit. Damn near singlehandedly. Outside of the two 50 assisted singles this album is total basura.

Game balled that brand up and threw it away. He started the whole g unot (that word boils blood round these parts) I remember watching in awe 50 getting his manhood taken. ? was depressingly beautiful.

G-Unit aka ? -Unit was never good from the get-go, they had no talent from the beginning, except game and buck, one of the worst things that's ever happen to not only hip-hop, but music as a whole.

It started when 50 thought he could get aaway with putting mediocre material especially on the Curtis album Amusement Park, Straight to the Bank...........then I get Money saved him........Then getting owned by Kanye in 1st week sales........Banks 2nd album was definitely a Rotten Apple then Buck gets kicked out ppl started to turn on G-Unit

Curtis is underrated

Curtis is underrated
Word. It just has the stigma of being compared to graduation and then the wack single "amusement park,"

Co sign this powerful thread. I heard Yayo before he came out with that album, but that album was horrible to me.
I remember seeing him do the yayo move. I was like "aw hell no" then stopped listening to G unit.

GUnit phase 2 started with Yayo's album and the quality of albums after that dropped significantly (outside of Buck The World). I stopped checking for gunit albums after 50's 4th album. At that period of time, they were rap and everyone had an album from gunit. Lets be glad hot rodd's album never came to be
