What makes The Lost Tapes musically gifted?? I can co-sign that it was on point lyrically, but it's still a compilation of throwaway songs. Facts.
You can't say those beats were exceptional. Only a few of them grabs your attention. That usually = No Replay Value. Who wants to sit back and listen to lyrics only all day?
You can't say those hooks were amazing. The hook on Du-Rag and Everybody is Crazy are cringe worthy. A few others were straight repetitive. I did it my way, I did it my way, you got to love it, you got to love it.
You can't say Nas spat with an enthusiastic flow on that joint. I swear every - or every other song, featured dope lyrics but the same disinterested flow from Nas. Its like he recorded each song right after the other.

The Lost Tapes is dope as ? Lyrically some of Nas best work but I cant front a few times listening to Lost Tapes late at night...it did put me to sleep.

Lost TapesBottom line is that MMLP had wack beats and Eminem's voice can get irritating at times. If we're juding by hooks isn't "The Real Slim Shady" on MMLP?
Lost Tapes is better lyrically, flow... any category you can think of Nas is better than Eminem. Seriously. -

Lost TapesSaying Lost Tapes is better than MMLP doesn't mean that the IC is biased. It just means that Lost Tapes is better than MMLP. Being biased doesn't have anything to do with it.
