in 1995 having a hit song = widely played nationwide, on top 10-15 of some type of chart, a song that majority of people of certain age range/sub genre would know
in 2013 having a hit song = a song that gets played on radio a few times
Hi hater peaked at 16 on the rap charts
and didnt even make the top 100 of billboard
i looked at the current rap chart to see if i can see what song is ranked 16th. they stop at 15 now.
Rap charts > pop charts
Plenty of 90s "hits" were missing from the pop charts
no bruh, pop charts are overall, top 15 overall>>top 15 on the rap chartssr_the_freshman wrote: »SheerExcellence wrote: »BlackGerald wrote: »SheerExcellence wrote: »FuriousOne wrote: »

Ross does this ? every album with almost every single, and nobody takes away from his hits
no he doesnt, and yes they do lol
thats your opinion, if i was a rapper i'd rather have rap and r&b hits not pop hits
ill rather top 10 competing with every genre beating most rappers along with artists like lady gaga or red hot chili peppers, then number 1 in a limited class
top of the rap charts is great but its almost like, being top ranked in the SEC or something but u still might not be ranked in the top 25 overall -

Wayne had every valid reason to say that. New York City did him ? , but he wasn't in NY on stage when he said it. -
Wheres Pap at
-
Why are ? making up half-truths and ? just to defend TJ and assassinate Maino's character?
Wayne ? ass never said '? New York.'. He said he ain't like NY. And he wasn't on a NY stage when he said it. Maino said pretty clearly that a big part of his issue is he feels like TJ CAME TO NY and disrespected NY in NY.
Like, it's ok to just admit that TJ got his card pulled a lil bit and didn't represent himself well. ? didn't come out of it looking like a TOTAL ? ...but all the tough guy bravado he had on stage seemed to disappear when he was on the phone with Maino.
It's ok to just call it what it is. SMH. -
smh.....
word? we recording phone calls now? sound like something a ? would do.. on the real
I guess he couldn't just approach a ? , now we recording phone calls in the name of sticking up for our city?? -
