That was I believe a shark that was posted possibly the basking or whale shark. If that is a whale shark they wouldn't be able to swallow a human due to a little throat. The Sperms Whale could possibly swallow a human whole though they are only found at ridiculous depths and it have to be larger than normal

A shark is a fish though and this particular fish gets its name from it's size hence the name "whale" shark but it's still a fish nonetheless.
