He doesn't write his lyrics and because he not a lyricist?
Regardless of that he produces even if he doesn't make the beat as much as other producers do he still plays a role in the production and also mixes songs
He dances and is a talanted dancer and let's not forget dancing is an element of hip hop, and ask yourself what takes more talent and which is harder to do rapping or dancing?
He is a great businesman and the richest hip hop entrepreneur/CEO ever
He is an executive producer and has exec produced some dope albums
He has done acting in broadway shows
He is a manager and has managed many succesful artists

I have said Jay Z has a good Flow and that's what he does best. But all Jay Z does is rhyme he can't dance, he can't act
But i respect Diddy can do things like dance, has been in broadway as far as acting, and is a producer etc -

I blame a lot of the ? that we see in hip-hop today on Puff's punk ass. Yeah, he's had some great contributions, but they don't outweigh the negative ? he's single handedly responsible for in my mind.

Dude has piggy backed off of other people's work. The Hitmen made the beats, he didn't write rhymes, the rhymes he did recite still didn't sound good as they aged, and he did just as much bad as he did good. As a showman and marketer he's great. But that's where it ends.
