Reminds me a bit if Teflon Don. -
damn, meek mill woulda been better in tracy t place on war ready

Scarface has the best verse on the album. Flow, Storytelling, everything you looking for. When you hear Face spit then hear Ross's verse after, you realize its really levels to this hip hop ? . Ross goes a bit overboard with the grandiose boss tales at times on this album but production is on point as usual. With that being said, Album is nice. Its typical Ross but 10 times better than GFID.

Fah sho yall

And its more than beats........Ross stepped his game up big time.....He wasn't bullshittin this time around and it shows.
-
Paradise lost wooooo that ? is smooth.

Good beatsan production hard to take this cat serious. Getting shot at was probably the best thing for his career streetwise...
-
Dope album...really dope. Not better than Deeper Than Rap or Trilla imo because those albums are more william roberts than rick ross....which is when he is at his best.
If I had to rate them it would be:
Deeper Than Rap (his breakthrough and closest to a classic. only a couple of wack tracks but you got usual suspects mafia music valley of death rich off ? etc.)
Trilla (most underrated album...his flow really started to take off)
Mastermind (just a dope all the way around...in vein mafia music 3 supreme etc.)
Teflon Don (dope but a bit overrated...no really weak tracks but some of the tracks were lukewarm...only mc hammer/bmf and all the money in the world stood out to me)
Port of Miami (some really great tracks but he didnt find his flow on alot of them)
? Forgives I Dont (wack only a few good songs imo)

Ay man... I feel like Paradise Lost gets slept on. Diggin that track...
-
Cant go wrong when you sample the great marvin gaye
-
Scarfaces verse is underrated.
-
I think all his albums are dope gfid is the weakest the first 8 songs are dope then the second half of the falls off.
-
Been bumping it all week.

Damn, still got the compact disc player in the ride eh? I thought CD's stopped being produced last year. -
So Sean only had 1 line on Sanctified.
I can just imagine the studio session when they were recording it.
Big Sean: "Whoa 'dere boi! I ain't laid a verse on the track Ross! I only had one bar!"
Rick Ross: (chewing) "Now you know how I felt when your boy 'Ye wouldn't let me get a verse on Monster. Boss! Pass the ketchup you corny ? !"
Big Sean: "Kanye! Kanye! Rick's not being fair!"
Kanye: "Haaahhh??" -

MEDIUM SEAN SHOULD KEEP THAT...
NO ONE IS TRYING TO HEAR THAT FAT FREE VERSION -
I'm ? with this album.
Ross best albums in order:
1. Deeper Than Rap
2. Trilla
3. Mastermind
4. Teflon Don
5. Port of Miami
6. ? Forgives, I Don't -
"My weave make you nervous?"
Anytime I hear this ? I start chuckling .. -
Everybody saying Deeper Than Rap his best I don't see it. Trilla is his best album to me. Then Teflon Don. Rich off ? might be his song ever though.
-
I'm so glad ross didn't have big sean verse on the album
-
Is this album worth listening to?
