Outkast is one of the greatest or arguably the GOAT group of all time.
I have been rocking with them since the "YO MTV RAPS"days..

He's creative and has his own style or flow of rhyming, so he gets props for that. I don't see how he's even close to a GOAT as a solo artist though.
