That Phillips in SW DC is closing but f you in DC looking for seafood just go down to The Wharf. It's literally right next to Phillips. I don't know too many people who by pass the Wharf to eat at Phillips right there lol.

We haven't been there in quite a while, but I'd say a lot of people pass by the Wharf to eat at Phillips since that ? was always jam packed when we went. There is something to be said about an all you can eat buffet with decent food. -
Man ? both of those places.

Bmore does have the GOAT seafood. Insane crab cakes.
It's a few decent spots in San Fran, but it's a far cry from there. -
I don't know anyone who still eats there......
