Can somebody explain to me what was up with Silkk The Shocker?

Dude easily one of the worst rappers ever, but it's primarily due to how his vocals come across.
? you not I'd rather hear 300 bars from Birdman, who I can at least understand and laugh at, over this ? mang.
I don't have enough technical knowledge to pinpoint why his versus are always so jumbled, off beat and nonsensical so I figured I'd ask you guys.
I don't care for no limit that much but even when I do give it a chance Silkk makes me press skip every damn time. Dude raps like a dyslexic ? but I want to understand what was going on.

For example I LOVE this song (primarily because Bone is in it) but this ? Silkk sounds like somebody is fast-forwarding the verse and stopping it just to fast-forward it again

lol He got on through his brother obviously and this was at the time rap was starting to change. Being able to rap wasn't a requirement anymore.
While Silkk was wack af I do think heads gave him more flack because of the label he was on. Rza or Talib Kweli got passes for spitting offbeat rhymes, but Silkk got clowned for it.

Charge It 2 Da Game was a decent and enjoyable album though.

I love Kweli (no ? ) but he was offbeat a lot in his early days.
