What da ? 's going on inside the biz
    ? ain't raw no more
    Fake is how it is
I hear brothers talking 'bout shooting and killing
    Then going home and chilling
    Frontin' like a villain
Let me tell you something real
    Is how the Mack feel
I ain't no criminal and represent no steel
I tell you one thing though
MC's better walk slow the Mack's on the earth
    To let you know
I'm on a mission from the kingdom of ?
To do away with MC's dat represent nimrod
You MC's have been too bad
So where you go now ice ya gonna wish you had
When MC's disappear it's my fault
It's time to put all the madness to a flying halt
And radio ya need to be ashamed
For pumping murder, murder, murder all up in
    Our brain
I'll tell ya now Big Poppa don't like it
    Representing truth when the Mack
    Starts to mike it
I hope the subject don't turn ya away
But the whole Hip-Hop generation need to pray

    ~Craig Mack~

Correct..Mack had a spiritual awakening (born again) and expressed his thoughts on the direction of Hip Hop at that time...unfortunately Big caught feelings and displayed his dislike..

lol @ craig mack being the "face" of anything. but i don't think biggie killed his career at all... he just took too long to put out a pretty ? first album that couldn't live up to the hype of the single.

I bet not too many people even remember the name of his first album even if they know all the words to flava in your ear.

I do wonder what craig mack does nowadays though. like does he just have a regular job or something?

Puff only pushes one rapper at a time if you haven't noticed. Before Big, he orignally attached himself to Mack and Mack was suppose to be the superstar that they were going to build the label off of. Biggie wasn't the favorite at first but when Puff saw how his songs were popping, he started pushing Big more, and the rest is history. Craig Mack messed up by joining Death Row in 96 while they were beefing with Pac. Ironically, Craig Mack fell out with Pac too lol.

Biggie didn't ? Craig Mack's career up. Diddy just saw the talent in Biggie and took off with Biggie. Blame Diddy not Biggie.
