? diet soda. Im going to throw this ? at somebody.

    Why you drinking diet?

Cuz i no longer eat sugar. I know artificial sweetener is still bad, but i was craving something i havent had in a long time. So i purchased the closest thing to it. Now i regret it. Should have just bought a powerade 0 or something later.

    Tea!

I will punch you in the mouth! but nah i hate tea lol. Powerade 0 is my favorite no sugar drink. Or that Mio water enhancer.

Damn, no sugar? more power to you, what's your daily diet like?

Cant say its completely 0 sugar because things have a lot of natural sugars, but i eat High Fat, Mid protein, and Low Carb.

Breakfast usually bacon and eggs w/ Coffee and Heavy Cream

Snacks are almost always pork rinds or almonds or bacon jerky or cheese sticks. Ham and Cream cheese rollups.

Lunch i either Fast through or get a salad with a lot of dressing and cheese. Or a burger wrapped in lettuce.

Dinner i gets crazy with. I ? ? up on dinner bruh. Cheesy spinach, green bean casserole, found a pizza crust recipe that i make out of almond flour and mozerella cheese. Whole bunch of ? . Still learning how to make different things. i dont have a whole lot of kitchen Items so ive been kind of building them up the last couple months haha.

Started at the end of march and lost 55+ pounds so far. I only hit the gym for about a month until summer started. But ive been riding my mountain bike and getting back into the gym recently so thats helped.

I usually keep my carbs at about 20 grams per day.

That doesn't sound near as bad as I thought it would be.

Until I start thinking about the stuff that would have to be eliminated.

    I think I had a semi-date yesterday.

    She paid and errythang.

She was cool and I had a nice time.

Umm how you not know if it was a date or not?

Cuz I'm kinda awkward when it comes to this ? .

I said I was gonna pay half and she said nah, I got it.

So I took it to mean that it was a date at the end.

Ehh. Maybe she was just being nice. Y'all made plans to meet up again?

In a couple of weeks. I think we just have a friend vibe going for now, which is fine.

@King_Illuminati‌ I've been thinking of joining a fraternity. Can you tell me what the true purpose of a frat is? I know that it's about brotherhood and etc.

@GorillaWitAttitude You kinda pretty much answered your own question. It's about brotherhood and also networking and expanding your horizons. One thing I can never take away from Black fraternities is their support for each other. I give them props for that. Otherwise than that, I can't give you too much of a detailed answer because I'm not in a frat. This is just my observation. You might have to ask other members.

Alright fam thanks for responding though.

Give up a lot of delicious stuff. But you still eat a lot of good stuff. No more fruits, or breads (unless made with almond flour or a low carb version), no sweets.

Lots of bacon, cheeses, Chicken, Green veggies, butter, coconut oil, and other stuff. I follow the thread on reddit and get a ton of cool recipe ideas.

Never will understand corporate meetings solely for the purpose of telling the corporation how much you love working for it .

Making sure the bottom line know their place, and self-validation for upper management that "they're great people and they keep their employees happy." (May as well be self when they set up meetings just so people can do it)
