My first day.
Part time Cleaners/Laundromat while home from school gig. I was 19. First day the ratchet ass owner cursed me out for ? up a ticket and putting two dryer sheets in a load. Mind you earlier she went over completing the slip. She flipped over me leaving a part of the slip blank that she left blank on the example.
Her: What the hell is you doing?!?
Me: I filled it out like you said. *handed her the example slip*
Her: You should obviously know to fill the rest of the slip out ? ! (exact words, she was black)
Let it slide...
Like a couple hours later. I'm putting a load into the dryer.
Me: * Puts two dryer sheets in the dryer* (Thought two per load was the universal way of doing it. That's how I always did)
*She Sees me from a distance and comes over*
Her: UH UH! Why you wasting my sheets!
Me: What? I put two, you don't put two per load?
Her: Not here it ain't..I puts one! Just ? everything all up..? it all the way up! You can't do ? right.
Me: You right... *walks out door*
Still drive by that ? til this day.

Didn't quit, but I got fired after about a month. I hated all of them anyway.

Worked at the Mars M&M Plant in Jersey. For a full ? 10 hour shift they made me pat bags of M&Ms as they came out the line to make sure there was no air coming out. If I didn't need the money I would of left that day but I finished the week.

I worked at Meijer two separate times once at 17 and once at 22. Both my stints there don't add up to a year. The second time I quit I didn't tell my manager, I told my co workers nice working with y'all blah blah and the next day I didn't come back. I had direct deposit so I didn't have any awkward moments picking up my last check. Lol they thought I was bluffing.
I unloaded the trucks and used to show up to work 30-45 minutes late a few times a week. One day I slid in late and the crew was going on break so I turn around to go with em and my boss sees me and tells me to get to work. Lol. Unloading a truck by myself for 15 minutes, can't believe I had the nerve to take a break though after I just got there and was late at that. Pretty ballsy on my part. -

Went to work some bar. ? looked sketchy as ? and there was mad Spanish ? with ponytails. Left my cigarettes in the whip. Went to grab em, sat for a minute and just said ? it, dipped out. Dude was blowing up my cell for hours. Had to block him.

Target i went to is run by all snobby white people..i saw the ppl that worked there "college bros" n knew id end up telln one to ? ..i wanted to work for the ? ..
In waitn on a 2nd interview for this other place..black manager was real cool he knows my bro..so i gota see where stuff goes..nothing isnt guranteed..
Target has the baddest ? that work and shop there. -
Target used to be my go to store in my younger days until Walmart took over. But I went there two weeks ago and it was this shawt haired thick black ? outside rounding up and pushing the shopping carts. I was like she must be a new hire or dumb as a box of rocks.
But anyway, when I first got outta high school and worked at this water park cause all my homies did too. Then one supervisor got fired and so his friends/other supervisors quit and it trickled down to me and other coworkers quitting also. I only worked 2-3 days and just said ? it walked off. ? basically imploded.

Like a month got a job delivering lunches to this private school. It was coo, hated the cats I worked for tho this Mexican dude I worked wit thought he was the ? cause his uncle was the supervisor, so he call his self tryna talk down 2 me one day driving back to the job I damn near pulled that truck over and put my foot in his ass. Needless to say I worked there about another 2 weeks got my check and dipped. I heard a few months later the company folded oh well.

Ive always stuck with my jobs for a long time. Shortest time i had a job is 3 months but it was a seasonal job and i got laid off. Only job i quit was after 2 1/2 years. Been with my current company for almost 5 years but worked 3 different jobs within the company. Currently looking to move up to something.

One day. It was at Target working the overnight shift. Something happened between my schedule and training, I would have had to stay up for two days straight. I just stopped going.

This one IT job I worked about 7 hrs.
? started at about 8 and could end anywhere from 1-4am Then some of them jobs u had to drive over an hour to get to. Therefore about the same to get back. .
Worked the first night, was tired af. Cats told me the next job the next day we might be out till 4,5 in the morning, these crackers told me this while smiling.
Guess it was ok for some night shift ? but I had stuff to do in the day, they never saw me again.
Back in the day the homiez had a hook up at a muscle something or other restaurant. I have a culinary background so dudes stay encouraging me to go ? with em said they had ? on lock. Just had to show up interview was gonna b cake. Already had my timeslot yadda yadda...day b4 I show up everybody I know there got their ass fired.
Including the hook up that was supposed to hire me.
That gotta b a world record. Ain't even touch the job b4 I got let go. -

Was working at one mcdonalds and my manager came up to me asking would I like to transfer to the McDonald's at the airport since I live closer and I'll get payed more. Me needing the money I thought this would be to good for me. So my first week day there was July 1st and thought it was dope I'm working at a airport I'm basically a federal worker even though it's just mcdonalds. I get there it's busy as ? . Ain't too bad tho cuz it's mcdonalds and it's a lot of people working in the kitchen with me. So I'm like cool. Then while it was super busy most of my new coworkers just basically stop working and went to do other ? like go to the bathroom , or just ? around. I'm like wtf is this ? . So I get blamed for holding up all the food for over 20 customers . I'm like whatever. But I started to notice that these managers at the new gig play favorites like a ? . They let some people take hour breaks. And I'm like man fucj this ? so I asked the big supervisor can I get transferred back he said no I'm not able to. So I'm like okay this job sucks you people are irresponsible and the work environment is horrible. So I just walked out. Come to find out that specific McDonald's always have people quitting the first 2 weeks of them working.

I worked at Sharks for a while. For those who don't know it's just a lowkey fish & chicken spot ran by Arabians. It's a small chain that branched out from Chicago & they hired me at the one by my school (NIU).
I knew the ? wasnt legit cuz I filled out NO paperwork bruh was like "you want job? Come back Monday, 2pm."
So I'm like umm okay ? it, hella ? be ordering sharks so if I'm the delivery driver i know im pulling drawes. So I'm working a few days as a Delivery driver & I'm riding around high as ? delivering food. Even picked up this bad ass ? that worked there too & she made me pick up her bad ass friends & they just rolled wit me damn near the whole shift; smoking me out on blunts, & just keeping a young boa entertained throughout my chicken transporting.
Anyway, ? was a dope ass college job up until around the first payday. I started asking the boss how we getting paid since he didn't take my banking information & he talmbout some don't worry I got you...tf? So I ask around to some coworkers & they tell me the ? pull straight up out the drawer.
I'm thinking okay this ? is sweet. He only paying me $5hr+tips (college town bruh) so ? it ima start dipping into the funds. Whenever the customer paid with cash I took 2 dollars from the bill. I'm thinking obviously when he goes to count up, since there was multiple delivery drivers he won't know who came up short.
I was wrong. ? confronted me next payday like "we missing 50 dollars from your runs. I need that."
So I'm like oh ? must have been a mistake but it won't happen again. Damn right it wouldn't. I went home for spring break & came back without that job.I was still on the university's payroll as a tutor though, so ? them arabs.
Can't be fired from a job that wasn't legally documented, so I just like to think of it as the time I hustled chicken lol. -
