This, he caught feelings over that -

As a fan of him comin up it was awkward hearing him talkin all da drug references in da mid 2000's . Mainly da hustlin remix where he was talmbout knowin Pablo escobars children nd movin coke. He did have some versatile tracks on his older albums but it felt like a fake persona in da mid 2000's nd ima fan of dude

We all hail Ross now for his good ear for beats
But back in the day, Bus was one of a select few dope rappers whose album production was elite.
Just check out the list of producers his worked with.
He was spitting on J Dilla beats before anyone knew who Dilla was.. .
And he still lyrically efficient judging on his last effort; his tape with Q-Tip released last year -

There's a whole lot of lies being told in this thread. People need to be honest. Nobody knows when Busta Rhymes turned gangsta, because nobody understands everything he says. Keep it real!

You never saw strapped? You should check it. If anything just for the lls.
That's where biggie got the line "strapped like bamboo but I don't tote guns"
Bamboo loved his guns in that movie -
"More compelling and believable than boys in the hood"
