All the reasons We supposedly shouldn't visit those countries happen with the same ( or higher ) frequency / severity here in the States. I mean damn, Africans look at African Americans sideways..
Only places I'm for sure not going ( for a vacation anyway ) are 3rd world countries and Antarctica. -

These are scare tactics to prevent you from seeing more of the world, some of these places do have anti-black sentiments but it's not too extreme except for maybe East Berlin, Russia, Greece, and certain parts of Spain. its worldwide
I've done my fair share of traveling
and I've been to three countries on that list (Germany, Italy, Spain)
I didnt encounter not one act of racism (thats not to say there isn't any, I'm pretty sure there are but I didn't deal with it)
plus on top of that the hoes there love black men
for one im different from all the other men and top of that im black (so I guess I can be considered exotic or rare like mewtwo in pokemon lol no shenco)

I love traveling and meeting the locales especially the women

It's pretty much simply colorism, for instance let's say you're an expat you're planning to stay for a while...they'll be pretty up front with you and tell you a white face is what we want for this job. I have heard more extreme stuff from acquaintances and seen some stories on the news to let me know i'll probably avoid Russia but you're right.
