That said:I honestly don't know what to do
For me I see multiple reforms go through to try to "help" them, but nothing ever sticks (talking bout education)
I think the best route you could take is going incredibly strict with them, but at the same time the parents play an important role and with most being absent, this critical lack of authority in their lives causes them to become losers in life
The only thing that could possibly help the family situation is the promotion of a normal black familial unit that wants to help their community, but doesn't disrespect authority (but even that could backfire easily)
Or we could just perform genocide and nip the problem forever

Maybe their /b/ board is like that. But that /pol/ board appears to be where they discuss genuine thoughts on social and political issues even if they troll there. They simply say it in a way they would not say anywhere else.
Also all the things posted in that thread including what you just quoted sounded pretty sincere to me. But yep I agree..
Blackfolks need to start thinking about arming themselves. Reading those thoughts are upsetting on some level but at the same time its important to know how the enemy thinks so you're not caught off guard -

We should do what the panthers did first. Form alliances with hispanic,asians. But at the same time when you look at the ? they say they want a race war so it can so overwhelm the federal government so they can take power. These ? are patience. We need a modern deacon of defense. If only black veterans and presently could form militias like the whites are. -

I live in Ferguson, and was out there protesting in August when this came out. It was a lot of love in the crowd, there was a feeling of community that I haven't felt in a long time...
While I was out in front of the burnt down QuikTrip, I met a guy from Oakland and he was saying how they still hold rallies for justice for Oscar Grant. What people fail to realize is that Mike Brown wasn't the start of this revolution, he was the boiling point.... I've been reading "The New Jim Crow" by Michelle Alexander and I recommend it to everybody. -
