Imagine if Duncan was just as selfish as Kobe is? San Antonio would be just as trash
-
Spurs first team since 51 to play back to back triple ot games, already without Parker and Kawhi think I'll be putting a little wager on Rondo's first game with Dallas

We just traded our best player and we're still better than the Knicks and Lakers
-
Kobe ain't even clutch though
-
Kobe looks like ? on the floor, horrible turnovers ..cat shooting 37% while crying about everyone else. taking 3's from damn near halfcourt. he is an all time great player but as far as this season goes I think he looks awful.
if you just look at the 24/5/5 statline he's averaging you'd think he's balling but when you watch him play he's just chucking ? up. I can't imagine how frustrating it is to play with him at this point in his career -

So many uninformed people swear we were gonna on da Sixers level after dis move lls we still move da ball well without rondo, loved seeing smart close out da 4th quarter so well we gotta give him more minutes -
@KeepOnPushing
You should KeepOnPosting. -
Kobe's shot wasn't a bad look, but relative to the time remaining and with Lin wide open in the vicinity it was a horrible decision.
The problem is he KNOWS he isn't giving the ball up no matter what. -

His post-game interview had me dying lol. -
Lin wasn't open, Westbrook would have stolen the pass, or at the very least recovered and heavily contested Lin, potentially blocking him given Westbrook's intensity. Westbrook was already cheating some, anticipating the pass.
Also, Lin can't shoot and would probably drop the pass or dribble it off his own foot. FOH giving a proven clumsy player the last shot. Nobody in the league in 2014, who's basketball opinion is respected would agree with giving Lin of all people the last shot. -
^This groupie only posts when anybody criticizes kobe.He be lurkin then logs in and hits that phone booth as soon as somebody says anything negative about kobe
He aint the only one tho -
This groupie can't want to post when someone praises kobe. He be lurking then logs in and hits that phone booth as soon as somebody says anything positive about kobe.
He's the only one who does it. -
Tied for 8 w/ Indy gotta gain ground on Detroit and Minny
-

Why don't we just accept that this team isn't good, and the coach hasn't came up with a plan on how he wants this team to play? Even if Kobe was in his prime, he would have trouble leading this team to the playoffs. The roster as it stands is terrible.
I also don't understand how people are saying Kobe is not clutch anymore, when he hit what would have been the game winner yesterday, if his teammates knew how to stay in front of their opponent without taking silly fouls.
And no Kobe should definitely not allow Nick Young to take the last shot. Young is clumsy, predictable and has a low basketball IQ. On this roster, the ball should 100% be in Kobe's hand. He's the only one who has the handle, basketball IQ, and arsenal of moves necessary to deal with whatever the defense throws at him in those moments.NothingButTheTruth wrote: »1)None of that has anything to so with him shooting 38%
2) Jeremy Lin has scored 20ppg in this league. Nick Young is back. You cant tell me ? cant get you points. This is the NBA. There is no team in the league that NEEDS a ngga to chuck. Thats just not on the list of valueable bball assets. Thats an antiquated model. Hero ball is not the answer and this ngga, arguably the best player of the generation, is pushing a toxic mindset and brand of basketball that no doubt will permeate thru HS and AAU. Its disgusting
The season isn't over. I'm sure he'll bring his shooting percentage back up to whatever his average is, you're acting like there's not almost 70 games left. Stop reaching.
Another poster already touched on this, but let me reiterate.. it doesn't matter if Kobe plays like a PG or shoots every shot, his team is going to lose a lot of games. His team doesn't consist of enough talent to compete in the west on a night to night basis, so he's obviously going to play the way he's accustomed to which is what everyone expects.
Lol @ naming Lin as a scorer. Stop it. He's extra sloppy. Lin is one of those can't get right players. The ones who dribble off their own feet, trip over air, airball layups etc. FOH! Nick Young is above average on O, but he just came back, he needs to get his rhythm back. ? is average at O, nothing special.
I also find it funny that you're saying Kobe is pushing a toxic brand of basketball, when he has won 5 CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS playing the exact same way, and he plays his heart out every game. You guys act as if he's one of those almost won ? . NO! Kobe is a proven product.NothingButTheTruth wrote: »Kobe telling the Lakers to get the ? out the way

look at his face lmao
all jokes aside tho this ? is disgusting. he supposed to be at a point to pass along some wisdom, fundamentals n ? .
Its like he took the worst of jordan's game (and a small part, that left in jordan's very young years) and just ran with it. But ngga, you not Jordan. Even when Mike was gunnin as a youngster, he never shot below 47, 48%. This ngga shootin 38%
Bruh... they(his teammates) suck! The only one solid on O is Young and he just came back. Kobe is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th best player on his team. Who else should take the shot? Comments like yours make it clear that you don't know what goes into becoming an all-time great.
These guys are killers on the court. They don't defer to anyone, and have the ultimate confidence. As a superstar, it is your JOB to take over when you feel your team needs it, to keep your team in the game etc. And miss me with that 38%. The season isn't over.
These are your last 3 posts in cheap seats.ALL dickridin kobe and throwing everyone else under the bus
Hilarious last year it was pau who was the scapegoat now pau has left he's thriving on a different team. Now it's everyone elses fault notice the theme blame everyone but kobe when others are objective you come flyin in capin.Wipe your mouth off and get off your knees groupie
