Lol, I feel your enthusiasm but Shaq made plays like that every night against the best Centers in the league.

Shaq is a whole 'nother type of animal on the court in comparison to Cousins.

But Boogie is still a beast, and will be great in his own right.

I said hopefully Demarcus is the new Shaq...
The NBA needs a dominant post player. A ? that u throw it in the paint to, and he just eats like he's having chips.
These Euro Style big mens are cool. but i wanna see at least one classic big men dominate.

And if Demarcus get his mind right, and applies that gif. play, to his nightly arsenal.
He can potentially b better than Shaq.
Shaq aint had Boogie's skill set.
Shaq aint improved his skill set, since 1997. That ? got that Laker contract, and ain't gave a ? since.
Boogie's skill set, is more comparable to Hakeem.

I understand what you saying you're just incorrect. And you downplay shaqs game. Only thing cousins got on him is a 20 ft jumper. Shaq is arguably the most physically dominant person to ever play a sport. He imposed his will regardless of game plans against him. Shaq was a better defender, way more athletic at the same age, better rebounder, led league in efficiency 10 yrs straight. Came in dominating. You can't just throw comparisons out there like that.
He can never be better than Shaq. That's not an insult. And lol at Shaq not improving skill set as a laker. He was prime as a laker. I doubt cousins could pull off the numbers in one season what Shaq avg for 8 as a laker. Cousins doing shaq Miami numbers. Sit down.
And foh with that Hakeem comparison. I'm not even going there.
I'd say derrick Coleman before the injuries.

I never said Boogie was like Hakeem, i said his skill set is comparable.
In terms of, skill range on the court.Boogie can post, pass, create for himself and others, shoot, put the ball on the floor away from the basket. Etc.

cs @ bolded. Shaq was dominate and imposing. destroying other teams with his physicality, athleticism, and skills is why i loved watching him play.
Yet, while in L.A., he slowly stopped building on his skill set. Especially after the foot injuries, dude became fat and lazy.

when the NBA became more finesse. Shaq #'s decline drastically.
Not because he wasn't skilled, but for almost a decade, he relied strictly on his physicality, and overpowering ? .

During Shaq's championship run, dude had the NBA all to himself.
Keem, Dikembe, Pat, David, were all old. Zo had health issues.
    Who was gonna stop Shaq??
Vlade Divac, Eddy Curry Olkawandi, Brad Miller??

regardless, I give Shaq props for dominating. Dwight had the leauge to himself for a minute, and he aint did ? with it.

Boogie has the potential to overpower ? , not like shaq. yet, he has an improving finesse game, Shaq never polished since his Orlando days.

If Shaq had a better work ethic, which includes conditioning, rehabbing injuries, polishing his skills, and working on his frrethrows which he admit he never worked on. Shaq would easily be #1 all time in scoring.

All in All, Shaq was a joy to watch, and the NBA desperately needs a Shaq.

Don't be that guy. Selective memory having ass ? in here man.

Let's act like mutombo and mourning weren't drafted a year before shaq. Like divac, drob, kemp werent allstars when shaq was a laker. Like Jermaine O'Neal, big z, rik smits, Jayson Williams, vin baker, Coleman, Tim Duncan, yao ming, never existed. I'm sure I'm forgetting others. Talent pool at center was way deeper for Shaq than it is for cousins. Not even close.
Shaq won his first bling in 2000:

    Dikembe was 35 in 2000.

    Zo had health issues

    Duncan is a 4

    Kemp had LHD

Jermaine just joined Indiana, and was coming into his own. It took him a good 2 years to be that dude. And by the way, he was a 4.

Vin Baker fell off way before 2000

Rikt Smith prime was in the mid-90's, and was a second tier big men at best.

Derrik Coleman was burnt out by the mid 90's.

Coleman, Rikt, Vin, Big Z were all appetizers for Shaq. ? wasn't even bread rolls, them ? was cut up carrots.

Yao Ming was getting slaughtered by Shaq.... Dont make me laugh.
By the time Yao started putting it together, not only did Yao become injury prone, Shaq was in the down side of his career. And Shaq still outlasted Yao.

Boogie has Dwight, Asik, Al Jefferson, Deandre, Joachim, Marc Gasol, Gortat, Tyson Chandler. Brook Lopez n Robin.Drummond.

In all fairness to Shaq, he would of dominated those guys listed above...,
yet , they would of served as better comp, then what he had when he was getting his rangs.
If anything, would a prime Shaq still be as imposing in a finesse League?

Yao used to give Shaq all he could handle that's why Shaq had so

I could see Love jumping ship more than LeBron, I don't know wtf he's doing this season, his FG% is too low for someone who's made a couple all-nba teams

im not a fan of his but its surprising to see his shooting % down across the board even though he has been getting more open looks than he ever has
