I tear up listening to this song

I was a lil kid when I first heard this song but I remember how vividly I could picture everything he was talking about in this song. People that try and ? on Pacs lyrics need to listen to this song and ? . Its not always about crazy metaphors or wordplay or double-triple-rhymes you can be on point with your words and have even more impact with that.
Random example: "Even though I sell rocks, it feels good puttin money in your mailbox". No complex rhymes but you feel where hes coming from. It makes you relate more than whole songs from some of these let me rappidy rap ass rappers -
Classic Song Top 10 Pac track imo.
The song is in the Library f Congress (that says a lot) -
Pac the GOAT
-
If you struggled growing up with a single mom this is the anthem.
-
Whole album is pure poetry

The Pope approves...

These lyrics any son, no matter if they are black, white, asian, rich, poor etc they can relate to:
'And there's no way I can pay you back
But the plan is to show you that I understand
You are appreciated'
Simple but thats some real talk... -
Classic!!!

I remember hearing this as a child. I was 4 at the most. This will always be one of my favorite songs ever because its too real.
It was always my momma, me, brother and sister. Grew up in the hood, on the eastide of Detroit on welfare but we never struggled. She made sure we had everything and never wanted for anything. Working two and three jobs to provide.
She doing good now. Making a great living and she got everything she need. That's my black queen for sure!
