Max B seems to have extreme high hopes in his current 75 year bid for a 2006 arrest on robbery and murder. The rapper spoke to Movie Star Status over the phone, where he confirmed that his appeal process is done and that it’ll take 8 to 10 months to hear back from the appellant court. However, he claims he should hear back from them sooner than that, and hints at a release date either this summer or by the end of the year. An appeal after being sentence to 75 years though? y'all gotta understand his sentence and the appeals process. max gotta show that the court made an error during his first trial. if he does that he has a sentence of 75 years so him getting an appeal bond is slim to none. ask yourself this question...if u got convicted and sentenced to 75 years and then got out on bond...WOULD U RUN? that's exactly what the court is thinking lol
