? that claim they put on for they city...Who don't really do anything for the communities they grew up in etc or even just be around them that often...Is it a surprise when something like this happens. Does Wayne think that the young cats these days living in the city/state he claim, are gonna hold it down for him like that?

I know, I wasn't trying to tie the conversation I had 100% in to this incident, I was trying to use it as an example. Ala, Wayne hits ATL n gets lit up, so, not so much now because of what's happened, but had Thugger performed in the N.O before this, would his ? of got gunned at?
