This is one of the 5 Projects that i recently created, now some may find this alittle too abstract or weird lol but its perfectly fine. The more i grow with music, the more i prefer to be a Artist instead of a "producer" but i enjoy just crafting from visuals to sonically.
During this process of creating this, I was heavily inspired by sculpture/ conceptual artist Teresita Fernandez for her unconventional art and unique perception. To challenge the ways we perceive things, illusion becomes a huge factor.
Based on her piece " Stacked Waters" i created my piece and perception of the concept. I was also inspired by some posters on the IC ironically lol.Lupe Fiasco's Tetsu and Youth structure also helped me craft all 5 of my projects. The songs play in order from the upper layer (above water, blue surface, the initial reaction to diving into liquid substance) to diving/dropping deeper into the depths of water. The last song plays as a indicator of the bottom of Abyssal Plains, something undiscovered yet lingers inside all of us. Stacked Waters plays as many meanings, but the main objective is to speak on depths and diving/ drowning deep into what lies beneath us all. The song titles and the cover (which i created on low pixels my apologies, no Macbook lol) helps makes the listening experience more understanding.
Like I said the music may not be for everyone, im fully aware of it when i created it and all of music sounds different. But i wanted to share this one with yall first to gather yall perspectives. Please go in order, pay close attention to the song titles and if you guys can, listen to the whole songs. Much respect to my brother @Sion and IC!

Much respect brother. And I figure that Lol it was intential to play as a cohesive piece. My other 4 projects are all different bpms, but emphasizing on the "bleek and muddy drowning" sound was my intention to make it sound drowning which produces a monotonous sounding. -

Good work so far bruh...I don't have time right now to play each track all tha way thru but I'll definitely do that later on tonight..Tha snippets I did play were tuff tho fam...much props and keep it up...Peace

N.O.! Thanks my brother! My ultimate dream is to come back home and work with some N.O. pride haha. Its one of my goals to add a different outlook and sound to my city rich music scene. Thats a humble dream of mines forreal. -
BTW i tried to reach out to some producers lie Tae Beast, Mixed By Ali, Sounwave, and Willie B on TDE. Also Issah Rashad, Dizzy Wright, and others. Its a long shot but i believe in ? , and myself and ill continue to get even better and never settle. I have a toooooooooon of music.
XV, one of my favorite artists growing actually wanted to work with me and responded. That was one of the things that really helped me keep pushing for my dreams, gotta looooong road to go, but man ima keep pushing lol. I appreciate every single look and listen i can get man. -

Idk how im just hearing about these talented artists but man this made my day. I wasnt aware that we had alternatives in my city, unfortunately i see most of their music is old...are they still rapping? I would like to chop it up with them and feel them out if possible.... -
On second thought i remember luke st. John now. He is from BR, i heard some of his music a while back. Dope guy. My city needs more diversity, i was unsure if my style of music would catch on, may take a while, but it should be possible. Still the ultimate goal is to work with my stepdad Jay Electronica haha.

True. Only with hip-hop is music without words reduced to just being beats instead of music.
