Hell yeah, I still bump it on the regular - sounds just as good as the day it was releasedMetaphysically speaking, a white rapper didnt become top dog until the genre hits its peak and was on the decline. From 79-97, where were the great white rappers? someone to mention? someone in your top....50.
exactly. It's not that he's so great, but what he did had been done, he was just white doing it. a white redman, canibus, taking it where the beasties didnt (because they crossed back over) -

The Great Milenko>This overated ass album
HAHAHAHAHAHAH GOT YOU ALL IN YOUR FEELINGS How you gona call me a ? when this ? is in your avi
[Verse 2]
Vanilla Ice don't like me, said some ? in Vibe to spite me
Then went and dyed his hair just like me
A bunch of little kids wanna swear just like me
And run around screaming, I don't care, just bite me (Nah-nah)
I think I was put here to annoy the world
And destroy your little four-year-old boy or girl
Plus I was put here to put fear in ? who spray Faygo Root Beer
And call themselves clowns cause they look ?
Faggy 2 Dope and Silent ?
Claiming Detroit, when y'all live twenty miles away (? ? )
And I don't wrestle, I'll knock you ? ? the ? out
Ask 'em about the club they was at when they snuck out
After they ducked out the back when they saw us and bugged out
Ducked down and got paintballs shot at they truck, blaow
Look at y'all running your mouth again
When you ain't seen a ? mile road south of 10
And I don't need help from D12 to beat up two females
In make-up who may try to scratch me with Lee Nails
Slim ? ? You damn right, slim ?
I don't get ? in mine like you two little flaming ?
^now 3 @genocidecutter
Hope you read that verse before scrolling all the way down

Hell yeah, I still bump it on the regular - sounds just as good as the day it was released? got the Asian hermaphrodite version of the white ? from cold case in his avi , and love some corny clown cornballs who should of never got on
-
Hell yeah, I still bump it on the regular - sounds just as good as the day it was releasedWell to be honest it had lyrics and beats and harmony and all but interscope studio sucks.
Sounds like the two cans and a string method.
Eminem is a wasted carrer.
Between the Cronic lies, the Games suspiciousness, all the labelmates under performing, the bad beats and the bad premoyipn and ? head videos, the worlds most.talented mc is a wash over.
If he came out today the buyers would say everything i just typed.
Who.can blame the man for going back underground?
I heard some ? .
Good to c a hip hop thread in these fourms.

Hell yeah, I still bump it on the regular - sounds just as good as the day it was releasedMost definitly a classic. It might sound dated now, but y'all most of forgot the impact that this album had. Not only was Em actually spitting fire over DRE production, he ? all over White America with this album. I'll state it again, as a white rapper, he opened up White America's clean windows and ? all over them. Also when has an album so controversial made its way into the mainstream and sold 10 million? Controversial as in this dude had a song where he vividly murdered his ? wife. Told pop singers to die, told Puffy he was gonna ? and impregnate his girl. Full of homophobic hate slurs, etc etc. Dude had ? , none of these new friendly singing ass rappers would even dare to say half the ? Em said. ? too politically correct. It was a landmark for not only hip hop, but for freedom of artistic expression.

Hell yeah, I still bump it on the regular - sounds just as good as the day it was releasedDr Dre only produced half of the album

Produced The Slim Shady LP as main producers though with Eminem Co-Producing that album
And they Co-Produced half The MMLP with Eminem as the main producer
other half was produced by Dr Dre as the main producer and Mel Man as Co-Producer

Hell yeah, I still bump it on the regular - sounds just as good as the day it was releasedHis best produced album as far as production is The Eminem Show
As well as it being his best album overall
-
The album is definitely a product of its time. It's dated horribly, and though there is no arguing over how massive the album was at its time I just couldn't imagine ever wanting to bump this album ever again.
-
That ? ain't no classic - it gets no play in my rideHad I been asked in 2000 I would've said yes or really close, but I can't get through any of his albums w/o skipping most tracks. No Em hate though, I'd be a liar if I said he didn't have at least a couple of dope songs

man i hate that album. Eminem Show was the beginning of the end to me.
-
DRUG BALLAD was my ? .
Lyrically this album was way above average.
Even the rappers during that time were giving props

It was a good album for the time. However, 15 years later, I realize that Eminem was the first blatant marketing ploy that I could recognize. While he was talented and a skilled MC, the blonde hair, over sensationalizing problems with Kim, drugs and overall shock value really cheapens all his work. I haven't listened to it in 10 or more years. Its not classic material.

Hell yeah, I still bump it on the regular - sounds just as good as the day it was releasedI mean I listen to songs from it but do i bump it all the time? theres way too much new music from different genres these days to be listening to 15 year old music on the regular like that. Can't say theres a ton of 90s rap songs that I play on the regular either
