I'm a graduate student in a psychology program, and you explained clearly how porn affects the nervous system. I'll also like to add though that most people who are addicted to porn are women, though. Typically most people will admit they have a porn addiction when they find themselves watching Interracial porn. Whats interesting though is that most of these people are not attracted to the things they see in porn in real life. I see women who are addicted to interracial porn, but are not attracted to black men when it comes to real life. I've encounter white males who are addicted to interracial porn due to black men being so different from white men racially that it subconsciously projected the white female who has sex with black men, as having sex with another species or animal, which became a turn on. I've seen cases of heterosexual men being addicted to ? porn, and homosexuals being addicted to heterosexual porn, but when it came to real life, such attractions no longer existed. Even though they often thought porn changed their sexual orientation.
There are even those who watch so much porn, that they can't even project an ? when it comes to having sex with a real life women, or if they do, they can't even ? . This is caused by seeing so many images of different women, that the brain computer is not satisfied with just one woman.
People really have no ideal just how much porn have destroyed the lives and families of many. Many have become addicted, and have found attractions to things which are not found in nature, like big ? etc, all these Instagram girls, with plastic surgery. I feel sorry for the day when such is no-longer popular in mainstream culture and when these girls go back to their normal bodies, so many men will be left sexually frustrated, as they will have to deal with attractions to things that are not found in nature.

I agree with it affecting your attraction towards the opposite sex. I grew up extremely picky towards the women that I was attracted to but due to insecurities and addiction to porn, I started looking at some BBWs to fulfill my porn fantasies. These fat hoes would immediately translate it to me liking them but my second brain would kick in especially when I drink. I'm slowly transitioning back actually liking women I like but porn definitely affected my taste in women. -
